Yersinia launches an DHCP starvation attack on any router. It exhausts all the usable IP addresses on the subnet which prevents anyone from using the network.
Note that it is possible in Wired LAN only. When it comes to WLAN, the access points (AP) associate the devices with their MAC addresses. When the access point see that the source MAC address is not associated to it, it will directly drop the packet.
Watch the video above and follow the steps to "disable" a router you are connected to, through ethernet. Make sure you turn off the wifi first.
